If we don’t get adequate sleep, we’re liable to be grumpy and less tuned in to our environment. When we get our full 8 hours, we’re more fun to be with and things just looks to go better.
Anyway, the point is, there are many little things you can try doing to live a better life. It’s up to you. The choice is yours, and you’re the only one who can make that choice.
